Position Purpose
This is a position for Customer Domain – Service Delivery Lead against resignation.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· The Client Services Team/Customer leads work in the role of Service Delivery, manage escalations, act as Business Account Leads/Managers.
- Assist Project Managers in the end to end process for destination moves and hardware/software upgrades.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Relishes taking responsibility in a hands-on environment directly interfacing with users and developers at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of the linkage between financial services, Information Technology and business value
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skill. The individual will be required to have knowledge & understanding of various service / regulatory standards, work processes & procedures such as ITIL, ISO, Project management etc.
