Within BNPP, CIB IT Production team is responsible for supporting award-winning Trader- and customer-facing trading and risk systems.

The ITIP team supports users in all India Territory locations.

Position Purpose

This is a position for Customer Domain – Service Delivery Lead against resignation.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       The Client Services Team/Customer leads work in the role of Service Delivery, manage escalations, act as Business Account Leads/Managers.

  • Assist Project Managers in the end to end process for destination moves and hardware/software upgrades.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Relishes taking responsibility in a hands-on environment directly interfacing with users and developers at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of the linkage between financial services, Information Technology and business value

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skill. The individual will be required to have knowledge & understanding of various service / regulatory standards, work processes & procedures such as ITIL, ISO, Project management etc.

·       Good interpersonal, Analytical skills, Systematic and rational approach in identifying & understanding problems

  • Proven “hands-on” Industry experience preferably in a finance company (BFSI Segment)
