The
Role:
To
support business and customer value growth through development and optimisation of our customer application
journeys based on customer, partner, and market insight. Acting as a product
Owner within one or more of our acquisition agile squads to deliver Customer
experience (CX) improvements.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide the
squad with the product vision, which means anticipating customer needs and
market evolutions.
- Collaborate
daily with the stakeholders to have inputs on short- and long-term plans (inc.
priorities for the next sprints)
- Create the
user stories and features with the squad and ensure everyone understands what
must be delivered and how to do it right and fast.
- Make the cut
in product prioritisation by ranking stories / features in the backlog for the
next sprints adopting a value-based prioritisation method, to cover build, run
& maintenance needs.
- Test the
implementation of the stories / features for the product release, ensuring that
delivery is viable from a customer acceptance perspective.
- Analyse the
product outcomes once released, based on customer feedback and business
metrics.
- Actively
participate in the life and ceremonies of the teams I belong to (my squad,
tribe and chapter), constantly sharing our agile values and principles.
Skills & Attributes:

Sound Product Owner experience working
within Digital.
·
Experience in leading product
development.
·
Excellent delivery focus – Ensure we
deliver a quality product to market.
·
Ability to anticipate business and
strategic evolution.
·
Attention to detail.
·
Experience
in best practice digital techniques including a broad understanding of digital
CX best practice.
