IT Sourcing & Procurement team provides sourcing support to internal staff for BNPP India entities. The unit has its operations in Mumbai and Chennai. It has other functions like Professional Services Procurement, Non-IT Procurement & Invoicing.

Position Purpose:
This role is for IT Procurement Professional to be hired within Procurement function to review and align management of IT Hardware and Software procurement with compliance requirements, and with the Policies and Procedures related to IT Procurement. Candidate shall have subject matter expertise as Buyer mainly for IT Hardware, Software, Networking, Telecom & MPS Procurement with Strong Negotiation skills, Contract Management, Procurement Compliance, MIS & Reporting knowledge. Able to manage internal & external stakeholders, Audits, Supplier Performance Assessment & having knowledge of SAP MM module for PO creation.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing end to end sourcing of IT goods & services.
· Strategic Sourcing, Project management, Cost Analysis, Procurement Planning, Vendor Management, Market analysis, Cost Savings.
· Manage BAU activities and primary end users and stakeholders.
· Able to run RFQs/RFPs, Prepare cost comparisons, Negotiations, Vendor evaluation and seek approval for Business and Management for IT projects.
· Contract Management-
o Assist with the contract initiation, discussion, negotiation and closure with multiple stakeholders.
o NDA with vendor initiation
o Ensure that the templates used for any legal aspect of contract negotiations are latest
o MSA renewals are initiated with the vendors 6 months in advance.
o Extension if any needs to be approved by senior management before initiation.
o Accountable to ensure calendars with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the contracts are discussed and closed at the earliest.
o Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure the MSA aspects are agreed upon before driving for signatures
o Ensure that executed documents by the vendors are coordinated for signatures by BNPP ISPL stakeholders.
o Responsible for Document retention/archival.
o Contracts to be uploaded in ARIBA.
o Accountable for vendor due diligence, KYS
· Audits- Coordinate on Supplier Audits and ensure Compliance to Labor law requirements are satisfactory.
· Stakeholder Management- Support business leadership teams across geographies by understanding their business plans & supporting sourcing strategies across multiple categories of spend, search of better deals and find profitable suppliers that add value to organization.
· Work with APAC and Global Category leads to understand best practice and implement the same.
· Ensure policy and processes implemented across the organization comply with procurement regulations and continuous development and improvement of the Approved Policies and Procedures.
· Follow Procurement Life Cycle.

Contributing Responsibilities
· Contribute to the management of budgets and Cost Centre allocation
· Support the management of team risks through KPIs, risk register, and quarterly review process ensuring compliance with best practice and the legislative framework
· Prepare monthly dashboards for various BNPP entities.
· MIS & Reporting management.
· Prepare power point slides for various BNPP entities.
· Provide support to internal invoice team and supplier for timely payment.
· Manage Internal & External audits.
Operational Responsibilities
· PO creation in SAP.
· Follow up with Supplier for timely delivery and update asset management team.
· Inform internal stakeholders on their procurement request on regular basis.
· Tracking POs and follow up with approval authority for PO approval.
· Create Manual POs and get it sign from signing authorities.
Compliance and Governance Responsibilities
· Conduct QBRs with critical and identified suppliers.
· Conduct Quarterly dashboard meetings with stakeholders.
· Follow on compliance requirements like CLRA, KYS, SRA and CSR activities.
· Follow Procurement policies while executing any new requests.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
· In depth knowledge required for IT Procurement, MS Office, Adv Excel & Power Point, SAP PO creation & SAP Reporting, Contract Management
· Experience of working on ERP tools like SAP, ARIBA, iValua etc. preferred.
· Ability to lead and represent Procurement with stakeholders.
· Presentation skills and able to articulate is key skillset for this position.
Specific Qualifications (if required)
· Good communication with written & presentation skill
· Proven experience in managing Procurement function in Large Multinationals.
· Preferred IT Procurement Category experience.
· Knowledge on Contract management is must to coordinate with relevant stakeholders, Legal & compliance team.

· Procurement professional with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience managing strategic sourcing & Strong Negotiation, Analytical, Ability to Influence, Contract Management skills are required. (Preferably worked with any MNC bank previously),
· MBA or any specialization course in SCM stream will be advantage.
Shift Time- General Shift and includes extended working hours.
· Excellent written and spoken English, Hindi and local languages as applicable
· Procurement professional with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience managing strategic sourcing & Strong Negotiation, Analytical, Ability to Influence, Contract Management skills are required. (Preferably worked with any MNC bank previously),
