We are looking for a dynamic and engaged colleague to enforce the IT Production Security department, its mission is to :
- Transform security into a strategic value-driver, enabling innovation and enhance customers’ trust in our services
- Have security integrated in the early design phase of products and services ('secure by design')
- Root security deeply in our corporate DNA
- Validate the resiliency of our services and solutions
As an IT Resiliency Engineer, you will join the enthusiastic and multidisciplinary
IT Continuity team.
Together, we are responsible to ensure our Bank ability to respond to a critical failure of an application or a datacenter.
You will be the main contact for several constructs to coordinate and follow up all resiliency aspects regarding their assets.
Within BNPPF, you collaborate to the embedding of rules defined by Regulators such as the European Central Bank, Belgium National Bank & our Group Policies.
Your Talents and Skills
- You have (at least) 3 years of experience as a resiliency engineer or were previously a security engineer, OPS engineer or Architect.
- Experience in disaster recovery continuity processes for applications running on multiple infra platforms
- Knowledge of multiple infrastructure techno platforms
- (distributed (Windows, Linux, Cloud) ; mainframe (nice to have))
- Being open to do administrative work and few operational activities
- Being social and strong in communication, with good assertive reflexes, important for stakeholders management
- You thrive in a team environment, happily sharing your knowledge and insights.
- You’re able to work under pressure.
- You always search to improve yourself by learning new technologies, methodologies and/or how to be a better you.
- Your English is very good, and you have a solid knowledge of French and/or Dutch
