Wealth Management - Associate & Life Insurance Specialist (8 months, starting 1st August 2025)
This position will be based in Geneva.
Based in Geneva, under the responsibility of the Head of Life Insurance Solutions Switzerland, this position consists of contributing to the development of the life insurance offering within the bank and provide daily support for the activity with internal and external partners of BNP Paribas in Switzerland.
Environment: work closely within a cluster of wealth planners covering a specific geographical area/ market supporting the referral of life insurance and other related solutions
YOUR WORKDAY
Play a key part in achieving our Life Insurance unit’s business strategy:
- Maintain and enhance the life insurance product shelf e.g., product offering, processes, front & client materials etc.
- Ensure business development in line with the regulatory framework and internal procedures
- Support internal stakeholders and external insurance brokers/carriers with operational matters to ensure a compliant and timely servicing of the life insurance book
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify client needs in different markets covered
- Meet partners (insurers and brokers) to monitor the development of their offering and to master market practices
- Manage the relationship with a panel of external insurance brokers and carriers (participate to partners selection and recertification)
- Contribute to the organisation of product/country-specific trainings
- When necessary, participate in client meetings/contacts covering insurance needs
- Monitor regulatory developments, ensure that the procedures and modus operandi of the business is compliant and up to date with the applicable regulatory framework
- Oversee the monitoring of outstanding contracts, provide regular business reporting and communicate with the Management
- Supervise operational teams in the administrative management of insurance partners & technical accounts
YOUR SKILLS & PROFILE
Required knowledge and techniques:
Profile:
- Master Degree in Law or equivalent (e.g. Master’s degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Wealth Management/Law/Insurance field)
- Recognized professional experience (min 3 years) in international private life insurance, ideally in a Private Bank, a family office or an insurance company

Wealth Management Associate (50%)
Based in Geneva, under the responsibility of the Head Romandie Market, this position consists of assisting the Romandie team in their administrative & commercial management of their client book. The successful candidate will support the relationship managers by providing value added service and actively contribute to the Swiss onshore strategy of BNPParibas. Overtime the candidate will work closely with 2 relationship managers by gradually taking over the day-to-day relationship.
Environment: work closely within a team of 10 wealth management professional including relationship managers and associates covering the Swiss Romandie market.
YOUR WORKDAY
Play a key part in achieving our Swiss Romandie Market strategy:
Commercial assistance to RM
- Direct contact with clients for daily / farming request (call back, simple requests / renewals) or doing the bridge from clients request to Senior RM
- Day to day clients requests management (credit cards, mywealth access, etc.)
- Carry out client instructions (incl. liaising directly with other departments within the Bank)
- Joining clients meeting
- Ensure the exploitation of client data for commercial purposes (Transfers, KYC, etc.)
- Assisting with clients events organization (invit process, follow up, lists with compliance)
Administrative assistance to RM
- Daily monitoring of account balances & Infocentre List (incl. identification of positive cash amounts, debits, …)
- Credit : Enter into the workflow loan requests as well as renewals
- Handling of account openings, under RM supervision
- Preparation of meetings for internal/external clients (incl. pitch book)
- Handling fees schedule under RM supervision
Business Risk Management
- Monitoring of pending items (Clover): KYC, OPC, etc & all repapering topics (FATCA, CIP, suitability…)
- Administrative support for KYC review
- Be aware of cross-border rules in the context of business activity
- Respect and apply the rules and procedures of the Bank
- Identifying the risks inherent in his/her activity (professional ethics/administration and credit)
- Ensure the monitoring of controls and related adjustments
- Comply with Code of Conduct
