Assistant L&D Program Manager – Mandatory Training, Compliance, Conduct and Cybersecurity training
Position Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare completion status report dashboards for APAC Management on monthly basis and adhoc basis to support the close monitoring and follow-up of mandatory trainings.
- Prepare completion status report on adhoc basis to support control reviews, audit inspections and annual Compliance Assessment with territory L&D
- Provide guidance to Local L&D/managers/staff on queries on mandatory trainings including extraction of managerial training status reports from Learning Management System
- Maintain and update the list of mandatory trainings in APAC on a regular basis
- Coordinate with Business lines/Functions to identify list of staff to be assigned for specific mandatory trainings
- Assign regional e-learnings requested by Business lines /Functions in Learning Management System
- Assist Program Manager (PM) to continually ensure efficiency of mandatory training reporting processes
- Work closely with PM on efficiency projects:
- Pro-actively make suggestions to identify areas or process where enhancements are needed
- Leverage on Powerbi/ tools to enhance the quality and time-spent on preparing training dashboards for APAC Management
- Follow up on actions to outsource training report generation. This includes to:
- Document tasks and processes to outsource
- Work closely with outsourcing team and ensure good quality of reports delivered by them
- When needed, support PM in regular end-to-end reviews of Mandatory Training governance
- Review Mandatory Training governance
- Review operating model for APAC L&D, Local L&D, and outsourcing team
- Participate as the case may require to Projects on Risk Assessment, risk & control requirements relating to Mandatory Training
- Be familiar with the overall scope of population
- Have a macro view on the overall training needs and learning paths for the business
- Actively follow up on training initiatives with specific business
- Work closely with RBPs, Regional L&D and Country L&D on training needs and solutions
- Mapping, analyzing, evaluation, review of training needs, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals
- Designing, planning, and executing comprehensive learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimal delivery channels.
- Work on suitable pre and post programme initiatives to ensure effectiveness of the training solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Mature, strong interpersonal skills with a flexible, collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Have strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a MUST
- Knowledge in Automation tools such as Power Bi is highly preferred
- Proven track record in analysing large set of data
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in conducting learning needs analysis, competency skills gap analysis, training, courseware/curriculum development experience, vendor management and learning management system preferably Cornerstone
- Broad knowledge of the various businesses and operations in which BNPP Group operates is advantageous
- Some knowledge on Compliance, Conduct and Cyber Security topics
