About the job
The mission of the Training Senior Officer is to provide a development service which enhances professional skills development, encourages a culture of self-development and supports employees' engagement, mobility, helping employees to make the most of learning opportunities. The objective is to enable BNP Paribas to evolve by ensuring that employees receive the development and information needed to best support the enhancement of the Bank's strategy.
Your Main Activities Are
- Elaboration and implementation of the Annual training plan.
- Upon request, produce relevant training reporting and dashboards to various internal or external stakeholders and. Maintain key relationships with providers and stakeholders.
- Design and develop training programmes (outsourced and/or in-house), in a corporate setting, selecting appropriate learning methods per case (e.g. virtual / face to face classroom, e-learnings courses, workshops, etc), including training setup organization (events creation, logistics, list of participants, attendance registration, material, quiz/survey, statistics).
- Provide support to users queries regarding Training offers or as required. Help managers on the development of their team members through identification of adequate training pathing.
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness & success periodically.
- Organize sessions in link with the different providers (internal or external) and register training session in My Development tool. System Administration & Data Cleaning (My Dev).
- Setup and follow up of Trainings, from the specifications up to the go live.
- Take part in the continuous improvement of the learning offer by developing and implementing new learning strategies and programs. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Guide, train and provide mentorship to new team members and help to resolve more complex situations, as well as manage projects and organizational change.
