Tasks
- Payroll A to Z (+- 480 employees)
- Absence management (illnesses, parental leave, etc)
- Email Follow-up emails & employees requests regarding payroll queries
- Follow-up offboardings (outs) & promotions
- Fleet management (mobility budget, salary for bike, etc)
- Contract handling, insurances, meal vouchers, etc)
Skills
- Knowledge of payroll tool HR Accent recommended
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management
- Advanced use of Excel
- Knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation (+ knowledge of PC 200)
- Bilingual (Dutch-French)
- Stress-resistant
