BNP Paribas is the leading bank in the European Union and a leading international banking player with 183,000 employees. As Graduate in Cash Management, you’ll be part of the Transaction Banking Department in Global Banking which belongs to our Corporate Institutional Bank.
Cash Management offers our clients a set of products and services that enables corporate treasurers to control their flows and manage their liquidity.
It deals with a broad set of solutions to manage ingoing and outgoing flows, concentrate cash positions and manage short-term liquidity. It deals with basic needs (current accounts, payments and collection, electronic banking, transaction security), liquidity accessibility needs (information access, centralization) and investments (LIS) and FX.
As a graduate, you will join the Cash Management team in Amsterdam. The primary Cash Management mission is to proactively market clients; structure multi-countries cash management offers in Europe, particularly in response to calls for tenders from large corporates; and accompany clients in implementing cash management set-up and managing flows.
You will contribute to the Sales strategy and roadmap, as well as internal initiatives.
You will work on client pitches, proposals and pricing.

Our one-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with first class training and immediate responsibility. it gives you the support and development you need to start a successful career in financial services, build your international network by a 6 months rotation abroad and gain experience in different departments within CIB’s Global Banking.
Your responsibilities
What you will do?
As a Cash Management Graduate, you will:
- Support to Business Development and Commercial activities:
- Support cash management, LIS and corporate coverage in cash management projects
- Support senior Cash Management officers in the day to day work with clients and other internal stakeholders
- Participate in client meetings, related to the sale of solutions and product-related topics
- Participate in the execution of the strategy and any local internal initiatives
- Create customer presentations (including liquidity and short-term investments strategies in close coordination with the product experts), offers and pricing
- Prepare credit memo’s for liquidity structures
- Assist in Client portfolio review/analysis;
- Prepare any ad hoc management reporting/data analysis or dashboard (pricing, revenues, costs etc)
The job description is evolutive and the Graduate analyst is expected to gradually take more responsibilities and autonomy as he/she accelerates his/her development and own learning curve in the Business.

Who you are
- You are finishing or recently finished your Masters
- Strong analytical skills, agile with numbers.
- Data crunching skills preferred.
- Experience with Excel VBA is a plus
- Agile in navigating databases
- Good interpersonal and communication/presentation skills: must be able to liaise with different stakeholders across the bank
- Business proficient English
