About Business Line/Function 

IT GROUP is a Group function that extended its capabilities in 2019 in ISPL with presence Mumbai, Chennai & Bangalore, with 1400+ employees. We collaborate with various business lines of the Group such as IT Group Infrastructure & Production, IT Transversal & Functions, IT Cash Services, IT Commercial, Personal Banking & Services, IT Investment & Protection Services, and Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud within IT GROUP.

The Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department’s objective is to protect the Bank and its clients, from Cybersecurity and Cyber Fraud risks.

This department is in charge of the permanent monitoring of the evolution of Cyber Risks in the Group’s Information Systems to guarantee the security of the Bank and ensures the deployment of measures to protect customers while raising employees’ awareness of fraud risks particularly.

Its mission aims at structuring, strengthening, and harmonizing IT risks management and Cybersecurity for BNP Paribas Group and

  • defining the vision and strategy for IT risk management and Cybersecurity, and ensuring the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities, 
  • monitoring the security of the Group's information systems, 
  • steering the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework. 

The evolving Cyberthreats landscape increases the risk of the financial sector, which leads BNP Paribas to strengthen its Cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and Operation Resilience.

Position Purpose

While being mainly based in France, the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud (CDF) department is developing globally since 2023, especially in India (Mumbai, Chennai & Bangalore), Portugal (Lisbon & Porto) and Poland (Warsaw). 

In India, we are looking for a PMO for ISPL ITG CDF department, “CDF.IN”.

CDF.IN is a department of 75+ people composed of 3 pillars: (i) GRC IT development, maintenance, and support, (ii) CDF.IN extended teams, and (iii) CDF.IN Global Services / Security Testing teams. The latter is currently serving 10+ entities across BNP Paribas Group.

The PMO supports the management of 7+ teams spread across ISPL’s 3 locations (Mumbai, Chennai & Bangalore), in all topics requiring transversal coordination and consolidation of information such as Finance (budgeting, invoicing), Services Delivery, HR, Business Continuity, Learning & Development, Facilities, Compliance, Permanent Control, Events or community management. 

She or he provides support in the management processes of preparing steering materials, creating/updating dashboards, goals target monitoring, helping to plan and controlling the organization. She or he must be able to lead a project and define, implement & follow a process, being accountable for a variety of tasks requiring transversal coordination or data consolidation, to help to improve the operational efficiency and bring value to the business. 

Topics may include analysis and elaboration of reports and presentations to the Top Management supporting the decision-making process, alignment with IT Group governance and proactively contributing to continuous improvement.

She or he will actively collaborate with ISPL ITG CIO Office, HR and other CDF teams (onshore,  Portugal, Poland). 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Provide support to the head of department and the managers of CDF.IN teams in:

  • Budget& invoicing management, tracking & reporting
  • Time-tracking management, consolidation & analysis
  • Recruitment follow-up and monitoring
  • Preparation of Steering Committees materials for CDF.IN department and teams
  • Service Management monitoring (SLA adherence, KPIs, …)
  • Workshops preparation and meetings with internal clients and visitors.
  • Coordination with support functions (OPC, BCM, Compliance, HR, …)
  • Internal or external audits activities (documents collection, teams coordination, etc.)
  • Business Continuity Management (coordination with BCM teams, organization of exercises, etc.)
  • Follow-up of the deployment of IT Group Governance
  • Development and implementation of processes and data modeling/consolidation, allowing activities’ analysis and reporting to support business decisions. The span of activities covers budget monitoring, facilities management, recruitment monitoring, internal surveys, etc.. 
  • Deliverables production and processes management in Finance, HR, Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Compliance, and other related topics to the management of a department within BNP Paribas.
  • Managing the internal communities, organization of events, management of internal sites, sharing of information via Teams, Sharepoint, mailing 
  • Follow-up and implementation of continuous improvement or new projects which contribute to improved operational efficiency
  • Management of the portfolio of projects and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the head of department in harmonizing CDF.IN management framework and in promoting and advertising CDF.IN teams’ activities.
