Operations – Asset Management
Main Responsibilities
- Verify and track the settlement of financial‑asset transactions.
- Reconcile positions and movements across internal systems, broker‑dealers, and custodians.
- Monitor operational events and identify any potential mismatches or exceptions.
- Update internal controls and prepare the area’s periodic reports.
- Assist in allocating positions for trades executed on BOV (equities), BMF (derivatives) and offshore markets.
- Interact with internal teams — Trading, Middle Office, Custody, and Brokerage — to follow up on operational pending items.
Position Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial markets and Asset‑Management operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate English (preferred).
- Analytical, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Availability to intern in the afternoon; preferably a candidate who has morning classes.
