Spain IT Production
Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
The Infrastructure Coordinator works in the Service Delivery Management team, within the Swiss IT Production, which plays the role of Production Control Tower.
He/she has a transversal role and acts as a single point of contact towards the Infrastructure teams on technical "Business As Usual" activities that require coordination.
These activities are not projects, so he/she is not a Project Manager, and as such he/she will not be following project governance. For instance, he/she may coordinate activities related to audits, ASCs (security documentation) or software upgrades.
The role is not subject to on-call duty.
RESPONSABILITIES
Describe the scope of the assignments,
Build the list of tasks with the Infrastructure teams,
Establish potential dependencies between tasks,
Have the tasks completed by the Infrastructure stakeholders,
Make sure that documentation is produced when required,
contribute to build the documentation,
Report on the progress of the assignments,
Update information in referentials,
When required, fill in information in the ITSM tool, ServiceNow,
Follow-up the orders, making sure that the signature process is under control,
Follow-up the contracts with external providers, making sure that the contracting process is respected
REQUIREMENTS
An ITIL certification would be a plus
An Agile Certification would be a plus
Min 5-10 years experience In IT infrastructure
English – Fluent
French – Operational (would be a plus)
