Key Role Responsibilities:
- The Junior Communications Officer will assist the team in the implementation of their strategies across Global Markets. Common day-to-day tasks include:
- Maintain and support content on internal and external channels such as websites, digital signage and social media
- Write and upload stories to internal newsfeeds
- Develop graphics, posters, videos and other creative assets for marketing campaigns
- Produce reports that track and analyze engagement through viewership and readership figures
- Write clear content on financial products, strategy and business news
- Contribute ideas to the overall marketing and communications strategy
Profile and Skills to Success
- MSc in Finance, Journalism, Communications, or Business Management
- Experience in digital marketing, communications, public relations, or financial markets in an investment-banking environment preferred
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.
- Fluent in English with sharp communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage senior stakeholders assertively and diplomatically
- Quick learner and proactive self‑starter who can navigate a dynamic capital‑markets environment
- Ability to prioritize work, meet tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and open to new technology
