Claims Coordinator

Tasks:

• Supervising, verifying, coordinating and supporting the day-to-day tasks of the claims adjusters and the claims administrator; 
• Active participation in the preparation and regular updating of policies related to claims settlement;
• Training of claims settlement and claims administrator staff as needed; 
• Organization and standardization of the insurer's claims settlement procedure; 
• Actively participating in the introduction/modification of new partnerships and/or products, as well as representing the claims settlement area; 
• Auditing outsourced activities in respect of part or all of the claims settlement activity or activities related to claims settlement; 
• Continuous monitoring of the deadlines and indicators undertaken in the partnership agreement and internal regulations, and their enforcement in terms of claims settlement; 
• If necessary, representation of the insurance company before and within the company in terms of claims settlement; 
• Enforcing business continuity and employee safety rules within the Group; 
• Performing claims settlement tasks as needed, assisting in the tasks of group members.
