- Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply users requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process
Your Main Activities Are
- Understanding business processes and issues
- Be a proposal force to design innovative solutions to allow the most advanced automation of reporting processes
- Contribute to the validation of the product with end users, taking care to check their adherence at each stage
- Contribute to change management and support the users throughout the year
- Monitoring treatment progress and provide user support during closing periods
- Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of the Finance, credit risk and regulatory reports
- Knowledge in IT and business relationship
- Computer skils
- Knowledge of data
- Knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Fluent in English
- Teamwork and ability to collaborate
- Capable of sharing and passing on knowledge

- FRESH is a team born on 1st January 2020. Our mission is to develop and manage solutions for the RISK and Finance functions of the BNP Paribas Group. with 1,300 employees and partners from the Risk, Finance and IT businesses in Europe, the Americas and Asia, our diversity is our wealth
