Position Purpose

  • KYC Due Diligence & Regional team’s support 
  • Client Static Data Maintenance (AT2, RMPM, CRDS, SIGNPLUS)
  • Balance/Audit Confirmation 

Responsibilities

Due Diligence 

  • Identifying and analyzing client risk assessment in topics of BNPP’s standards including but not limited to; AML, combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), anti-corruption, sanction, market integrity and Corporate & Social Responsibility (Sun alert clearance) 
  • Regional teams support: request for info/support for KYC onboarding/recertification or seeking additional info or document translation. 
  • Conducting Onboarding, Recertification and partial review with business, Compliance and relevant Operations teams

Static Data Referential 

  • Static Data management via MAOS and data reconciliation among all systems (GCARS/Fenergo, Atlas2, CRDS, RMPM)
  • Account Opening, maintenance, and closing process  
  • Daily dormant account control 
  • 1ST point of contact on document collection and safekeeping documents (KYC/Account opening/Balance Confirmation etc.)
  • SignPlus maintenance & Handling SignPlus inquiries when requested by internal Ops team
  • Support Local regulatory reporting 

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required

  • Good English communication skill (speaking & writing)
  • Good interpersonal & Communication skills with teamwork spirit 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Analytical mindset and logical thinking 
  • Prudence and sincere communication manner with several internal stakeholders  
  • Planning and time management skill

Experience and Qualifications required

  • Qualifications: University Graduate ( Bachelor’s degree or above)
  • Experience: 0-3 years
