VP - Macro Sales

Position Purpose

As part of the APAC Global Macro MAST team (Market Access Service Team), the candidate has a primary responsibility of servicing BNPP’s Institutional Clients in need of high quality execution coverage. Mission consists in deepening client relationships, unlocking new business opportunities, increasing market share, and leveraging our digital capabilities. This coverage model is a key block of our Talent Transformation program, aiming at maximizing automation with clients deemed as Liquidity Seekers, and still offering Voice capabilities for larger and/or more exotic products.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a Portfolio of Institutional clients (penetration, market share, revenues), together with Sales and Trading partners,
  • Contribute to Product Development in order to Digitalize even further our business,
  • Build upon this Coverage Model so that it is scalable and can efficiently absorb more eligible clients.

Required competencies

  • FX&Rates Voice Sales experience
  • Familiarity with electronic landscape across FX&Rates
  • Team player able to evolve with a team budget & targets.
