User Access Management Officer – Trainee
- The User Access Management Officer is in charge of 3 pillars: BAU (provisioning the access requests, support to the users and parameterization of the access hierarchy), CONTROLS (reconciliations, deal with external and internal audits, creation and updating of documentation for the activity) and PROJECTS (identification and analysis of the need, creation and parameterization of the hierarchy of accesses, granting of accesses to users)
Your Main Activities Are
- Provisioning the access requests in MyIAM and MyAccess by creating, adding or removing access rights to the users in the applications within the perimeter of activity
- Supporting application users and coordinate with relevant teams for any query related to access to tools within the perimeter of activity
- Perform monthly recertifications/reconciliations of accesses
- Support the business activity in any project involving access rights to its applications
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree or technical course in Information Technology or Business Intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Rigorous and organized
- Interpersonal and customer orientation skills
- Proactivity and ability to work in a demanding environment
- Ability to synthetize and to give feedbacks to peers
- Pro-active and autonomous
