What will your daily life look like on your first mission?
An exceptional offer for young engineering graduates: As a Graduate, you will have a permanent contract (CDI) within BNP Paribas CIB ITO
• You will start with an 18-month immersion within the same department, consisting of 2 to 3 rotations based in Paris. The richness of the program is that it can evolve in different IT teams for 18 months, with the possibility of carrying out two or three missions throughout the program in France and possibly abroad depending on the opportunities open to you.
• To enhance your skills and quickly acquire the keys to professional development, mentoring is at the heart of the Tech Graduate Program at CIB ITO. From the beginning of the program, each Graduate will meet their Mentor: a senior manager with whom you will regularly exchange on your training, your questions, and who can help you build a solid network within the BNP Paribas Group. We know that sharing skills is crucial for learning and advancing in your career.
• The Tech Graduate Program is also a network: both thanks to your "buddy," a person from your team who will guide you in your integration at BNP Paribas, and thanks to regular networking events with other Graduates and young talents of the Group. Thus, you will have the opportunity to discover our different activities and professions, in a spirit of promotion that will be a perfect transition from your former student life. Missions, team and work environment, what does it look like?
The Business Analyst Graduate understands and analyses the business line’s needs in one or more functional areas, with the aim of developing the IS with appropriate and sustainable solutions that are consistent with the entity’s strategic plan and the associated portfolio of requests. The BA also ensures that the solution meets the requirements set out to cover the business line’s needs, acting as the contact person within the project or maintenance teams and for the business line in relation to data and functional aspects.
Main activities In this capacity, you will be involved in all or part of the following activities:
• You will contribute to preliminary studies in liaison with the business line.
• When appropriate, you’ll help to monitor the portfolio and prioritize requests within your scope of activity.
• You will clarify, perform critical and constructive analysis of the business line’s needs.
• You will formalize the expression of need and ensure it is approved by the business line.
• You’ll define and obtain approval of the requirements set out to cover the expression of need in collaboration with the contributors involved, in accordance with the entity’s practices.
• You will carry out or help with the test activities within your functional scope.
• You will support the business line in carrying out user tests.
• You will contribute, in conjunction with the business line, to change management and roll out for the end customer.
• You’ll help to identify business line impacts generated by the solution and with the development of action plans.
• You’ll share knowledge about your area of expertise and provide functional support.
• You will carry out reporting in accordance with the operating rules and practices defined for the scope.
• You will help with the coordination of user communities.

Are you our next Graduate CIB Tech Business Analyst ?
The Graduate Program is looking for the following profile:
People who graduated less than 2 years ago and have up to 24 months of professional experience (excluding internships, apprenticeships) from the date of graduation.
The programme is aimed at graduates with a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school degree , a bubusiness school or university with an IT specialization. Moreover, you are passionate about new technologies and interested in Corporate finance.
In terms of technical skills, you’re the person we’re looking for if:
• You have great IT knowledge, as well as the Business and IT relationship.
• You have good costumer relationship as well as costumer journey approach.
• You have a good understanding of Architecture and Data Knowledge.
• You have great knowledge of IT tests.
• You may have basic knowledge on Finance, Accounting and Banks areas.
Are you fascinated by new technologies and keeping abreast of new trends? Can you adapt quickly in a demanding environment? Have you demonstrated your creativity, proactiveness, initiative in problem solving and decision making? Focused on results, are you constantly looking to improve your performance? Do you have strong analytical and collaborative skills? Are you a good team player?
Last but not least, do you have a good level of English and french (equivalent to or higher than C1)?
