Application Production Support Analyst

Main responsibilities:

  • Application support, availability and stability for GM business ensuring the incident, problem and change management procedures and governance.
  • Registration, documentation and quality assurance.
  • Proper monitoring, escalation and communication for technical, operational and business audiences.
  • Regional and global alignment.
  • Manage the application assets and its dependencies to have consistency regarding controls, risk/impact analysis, prioritization and the obsolescence management.
  • Ensure the application monitoring and its components.
  • Implement and monitor security and risk controls in alignment with global governance as Segregation of duties, Patching and Vulnerability management for applications.
  • Promote the improvement of user experience by identifying recurrent and critical issues and potential solutions

Position Requirements:

  • Financial institution applications experience for IT technical and functional support.
  • Minimum functional knowledge on trading systems/products and acquainted integration processes across Global Market business desired.
  • ITIL and Cobit experience.
  • Intermediary technical skills on Infrastructure related as Operating system, databases, understand scripts, queries and application run-time environments.
  • Basic knowledge about development languages basics to be able to communicate and align with developers; hands on regarding on technical matters (SQL DB, Windows and Linux servers).
  • Advanced English.
  • Communication, collaborative teamwork, problem solving.
