Application Production Support Analyst
Main responsibilities:
- Application support, availability and stability for GM business ensuring the incident, problem and change management procedures and governance.
- Registration, documentation and quality assurance.
- Proper monitoring, escalation and communication for technical, operational and business audiences.
- Regional and global alignment.
- Manage the application assets and its dependencies to have consistency regarding controls, risk/impact analysis, prioritization and the obsolescence management.
- Ensure the application monitoring and its components.
- Implement and monitor security and risk controls in alignment with global governance as Segregation of duties, Patching and Vulnerability management for applications.
- Promote the improvement of user experience by identifying recurrent and critical issues and potential solutions
Position Requirements:
- Financial institution applications experience for IT technical and functional support.
- Minimum functional knowledge on trading systems/products and acquainted integration processes across Global Market business desired.
- ITIL and Cobit experience.
- Intermediary technical skills on Infrastructure related as Operating system, databases, understand scripts, queries and application run-time environments.
- Basic knowledge about development languages basics to be able to communicate and align with developers; hands on regarding on technical matters (SQL DB, Windows and Linux servers).
- Advanced English.
- Communication, collaborative teamwork, problem solving.
