Position Purpose
Role: Solution Structuring, Equity Derivatives, Global Markets, AeJ
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead new project or initiative for Global Markets particularly on Equity derivatives products;
- Provide independent and timely support to draft, review and negotiate documentation on structured product and derivatives transaction across asset classes in particular on equity derivatives instruments;
- Design solutions for customized transactions and structure global products to cope with local requirements and constraints;
- Keep abreast of developments in local regulations and cross border rules in AeJ in order to identify impacts on business model and explore new opportunities.
- Take initiative in streamline and automation of documentation to improve efficiency and accuracy; in charge of template management and storage;
- Contribute to internal product governance framework, prepare and maintain internal policies and procedures.
Requirement:
- University graduate with a degree in finance or law;
- Sound knowledge of structured products and derivatives transaction with 3 to 7 years of experience in banking or financial industry;
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English; Candidate with fluent Mandarin or other AeJ language skill would be a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and capable of accomplish tasks independently with minimum supervision; good team player.
Education Level: Bachelor or Master degree
Experience Level: > 5 years
