  • Lead end to end life insurance operations including new business, underwriting, policy administration, claims and Operations transformation.
  • Drive process simplification, automation, digitization and straight through processing to enhance operational efficiency and customer as well as distributor experience.
  • Ensure all operational processes are compliant with regulatory requirements, Group policies and internal control frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to drive automation, analytics and operational scalability.
  • The role holder deputizes for the Cardif VIE TW Head of Operations, where required.
