About the role

This is a new role that will be responsible for taking the commercial lead and applying our sales strategy within our well established Arval Partners Dealer Sales Channel. As a Senior Business Manager you will maintain and develop senior level relationships with key dealer partners, as well as managing our field based Sales Managers and overseeing our in house account team.
There are ambitious targets to achieve and stringent ongoing KPI’s that you will be accountable for reporting to the Head of Direct Sales and Partnerships.
Pay Zone level – B3

About you

Ideally you will be a fleet and leasing industry expert, with solid team and business management experience and with direct experience working with or within car dealerships and leasing brokers.

This role is all about relationships so you will be able to swiftly and effortlessly move throughout businesses, whether externally or internally. In addition, your team will be looking to you for leadership and focus so it’s really important that you have a strategic mind set to look long term as well as develop individuals so they achieve their maximum potential. That's the challenge.
