Job Title: Assistant Manager

Department: CIB TPRM SSC - Ongoing Monitoring & Projects 

About Business line/Function: Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) TPRM Shared service center (SSC) based out of ISPL is focused on implementation of standardized and synergized global Target Operating Model (TOM) for Third Party Risk Management globally. The Target Operating Model is a consistent framework to meet stringent regulatory requirements leveraging a risk-based approach, unified processes and standardized tools.

Position Purpose: Ongoing Monitoring of third-party arrangements in TPRM SSC is a critical role in the Outsourcing Life Cycle. 

The primary objective of this role is to ensure effective risk management throughout the lifecycle of the outsourcing arrangement. In this role, you will collaborate with a specialized team to validate that all mandatory Beneficiary documentation is completed and available for review ahead of go-live. This function serves a proactive governance mandate to maintain compliance with regulatory and Group frameworks.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

· Perform independent checks and evaluations of all mandatory documents for Intragroup Arrangements prior to "Go Live."

· Identify, document, and share findings regarding unsatisfactory evidence, clearly articulating issues and suggesting remediations in line with requirements.

· Verify that outsourcing arrangement data fields are accurately captured in 360RiskOp (BNP Paribas’ operational risk information system).

· Governance and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of materials and the facilitation of meetings across the Global TPRM community to provide updates on Intragroup Governance.

· Collaborate with the TPRM SSC Operations team to track BAU processes and ensure the timely completion of monitoring requirements across CIB global contracts.

· Strong understanding of the Outsourcing Lifecycle, specifically regarding Intragroup Outsourcing.

· Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), including Inherent and Residual Risk assessment.

· General awareness of Risk Management and Controls Management frameworks.

· Foundational knowledge of Internal Controls Testing and Internal Audit processes.

· Familiarity with Outsourcing Governance and Ongoing Monitoring protocols.

· Basic awareness of Outsourcing Regulatory Requirements (e.g., European Banking Authority).
