Private Capital BCM Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Securing the timely and accurate delivery of Global BCM and FIA Solution Design processes in order to fulfill business partners needs and expectations.
- Ensures efficient work organization to maintain the teams' capacity at a level allowing full delivery of agreed service.
- Cooperates closely with the functional managers of Global BCM and FIA Solution Design teams to facilitate the proper information flow between Poland and Luxembourg locations.
- Maintains advanced level of technical and process knowledge to have effective judgment in decision making, support team members in difficult cases and take ownership when necessary.
- Coordinates the onboarding of new operational activities to ensure the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date.
- Adapts subordinate area in order to increase efficiency, business partners satisfaction and support business growth.
- Supports team members' personal development to ensure appropriate level of staff motivation and engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Advanced knowledge on the Fund Industry with focus on Private Capital market
- FIA e-Front platform knowledge
- Fluent English
