About the role
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Arval operational risk & control framework within our HR & Procurement divisions. In essence you will be co-ordinating with key stakeholders and divisional management teams to ensure we have an effective 1st line of defence for the management of risks, incidents and controls. You will make sure the framework is implemented and runs and will also have responsibility for leading the development and coordination of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) at department level as well as feeding into the BCP lead in Service Delivery.
Whilst this role already exists in our Service Delivery & Sales areas, this will be new for HR & Procurement so an exciting opportunity to be in at the start.
Pay Zone level B2
To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced in implementing a risk framework, ideally within a complex operating environment that has had manual processes and a high level of 3rd party usage. Experience in a regulated sector would be an advantage but not essential. What you will need though are strong relationship and business partnering skills that enable you to influence to director level. Naturally resilient, you will also be highly organised, analytical and experienced in project work, with an undeterred focus to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
