About the job
- You will be part of the Global Banking EMEA Marketing team. The role will focus on the development and execution side of the Global Banking EMEA Marketing activities, including internal and external communication, content edition and amplification, data analysis, web and tools traffic and identification of best practices
- You will report to Global Banking EMEA Marketing and will work closely with the broader Campaign Management team to leverage expertise and resources in content, digital tools, earned awards, client feedback and promotion
Your Main Activities Are
- Source, produce and deliver marketing content
- Manage the publication and distribution of regular sourced and on-demand created content
- Manage the organisation of internal online events (webinars, large Teams calls, …)
- Plan, prepare (write, edit and proofread) engaging written and visual content for internal and external use through various communication channels
- Structure and coordinate delivery of videos for internal and external use, including briefing and script writing, as well as (internal or external agency) briefing, in support of the commercial priorities or social media strategy
- Propose evolutions of the produced content to increase production efficiency and / or impact on targeted audience
- Metrics and management of internal and external communication tools
- Update a dashboard (KPIs) to track content and team activity and propose a data-driven strategy to improve content production and amplification
- Keep abreast of technological and digital advances related to marketing, communication and customer satisfaction
- Collaboration with the CIB Campaign Management and the Content teams
- Collaborate with the Content team in content creation when required
- Beyond content, be an integral part of the Campaign Management team by sharing best practices and supporting all colleagues, more particularly for Social Media content production and amplification
- Learn the know-how of all communication channels and work as one with the team
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Liaise with the managers and bankers of Global Banking EMEA business lines (Transaction Banking, Investment banking, Capital Markets) and functions (COO Office, Coverage, etc) to understand business strategy and requirements
- Support the development of specific marketing strategies, including content creation, collection, formatting and distribution
- Coordinate with other MarComms stakeholders in the organisation, especially Group, CIB and regional MarComms teams
- Collaborate with the Design team to create new or harmonise existing visuals
- Coordination with external providers
- Coordinate with external agencies, notably in the video creation process (shooting and post-production) or to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or Similar
- Up to 2 years of relevant working in Marketing and Communications
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
