Job Description
1. Design and promote value-added service programs for policyholders
2. Integrate internal and external resources to develop an exclusive benefits platform for policyholders
3. Collaborate with cross-industry partners to offer differentiated services based on policy types and customer segmentation
4. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and support to establish a sustainable operation mechanism
Basic Qualifications:
1. Customer-oriented mindset and service design thinking
2. Ability to communicate across departments and integrate resources
3. Experience in event planning and service project execution
