企業創新暨公關部 AI與數據應用分析師

1. 數位平台與業務管理數據應用分析。

2. 發展數據及新 AI 技術應用，推動業務與作業流程數位轉型（例如：AI Agent、AI 自動化預測模型等） 。

3. 利用結構化和非結構化數據，建立業務開發使用之數據模型。

4. 主管交辦之其他專案或支援事項。

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct data analysis for digital service platforms and business management
2. Develop data and AI technology applications to drive digital transformation in business and operational workflows (e.g., AI Agents, automated predictive models, etc.)
3. Utilize structured and unstructured data to build data models for business development 

Basic Qualifications:

1. 熟悉 SQL / Python 程式分析與Tableau應用

2. 具備 AI / 數據專案經驗，熟悉AI Agent、機器學習模型等概念與應用場景。

3. 擁有良好跨部門溝通、簡報及問題解決能力

4. 擅長分析業務端需求，並能推動概念規劃落地執行

5. 熟悉UX、使用者研究、GA 數據工具

Preferred:

1. 具備專案管理經驗與能力。 

2. 有保險/金融或金融科技產業經驗

3. 熱衷AI技術應用與新技術知識分享

Basic Qualifications:

1.    Proficient in SQL / Python programming for analysis and Tableau application

2.    Hands-on experience in AI / data projects; familiar with AI Agents, machine learning models, and their practical applications

3.    Strong cross-department communication and presentation skills, with the ability of problem-solving

4.    Able to analyze business needs and requirements, and capable of initiating and executing conceptual plans

5.    Familiar with UX, user research, and GA (Google Analytics) data tools

Preferred:

1.    Experience and capability in project management

2.    Experience in the insurance/finance and Fintech industry

3.    Passionate about AI and emerging technologies application
