Become our new IT Software Asset Management based in Lisbon
BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC TEAM OF IT ASSETS MANAGEMENT
Be part of our dynamic IT Assets Management team, focused on defining and developing the rules and policies for the SAM - Software Asset Management process .
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE IT ASSETS MANAGEMENT TEAM
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure SAM control-checks on all procurement requests. Take all actions with the relevant French contacts to complete the procurement requests.
- Setup dashboards with relevant KPIS to monitor and report on the activities
- Contribute to SAM project management and RUN activities (formalize the SAM process and procedures, organize their distribution and global deployment, then ensure their maintenance and governance)
- Contribute to deploy tools and methods adapted to support the activities
- Provide support to contacts in the SAM community. Animate communication within the SAM community by facilitating exchanges between the group, CARDIF and its entities.
- Backup the manager of the activity whenever necessary
