We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team in Poland and be part of Project Management force within IT Private Capital domain.
Within IT Private Capital, you will collaborate with many IT experts from different locations like Luxembourg, Paris and Chennai, as well as with many business stakeholders from around the world.
You will be covering and managing projects within domain where we manage directly 6 applications which are interconnected and dependent on many other applications from CIB 2S wide ecosystems.
IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Define and refine detailed project plan and project governance.
- Work closely with different teams (IT, legal, security, TPRM) It to coordinate project delivery and ensure its quality
- Ensure smooth communication amongst project team and toward sponsor
- Closely monitor the budget/spent and project trajectory
- Identify and mitigate risks, propose approach to solve issues, address dependencies, follow-up on action plan.
- Document project governance and weekly status
- Organise pre-analysis workshops.
- Document IT workload (macro estimation)
- Organise RFI/RFP process with procurement when required.
- Address quality gates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in similar position
- Hands-on experience within project management/coordination/vendor management in IT
- IT project framework demonstrable experience.
- You have an ability to coordinate across locations and teams, define, document & run governance around the project portfolio
- You are ready to establish and maintain periodical controls with great attention to the details and quality
- Organizational skills to meet deadlines and pilot several projects in parallel.
- Extended communication and negotiation skills (IT supplier exposure)
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- Understanding of the Private Capital business is nice to have
