Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar role
- Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level)
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR software applications
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS365
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administration of the Employee Lifecycle (onboarding process, offboarding, changing of employment conditions flow)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure his/her day-to-day work is compliant with all HR Administration policies and procedures
- Provide guidance to employees on personal administration related queries and concerns
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Cooperation and communication between internal and external stakeholders
