As Reward Expert you will ensure that the compensation policies and practices enable attraction, motivation retention and equal treatment of staff.
You will be a part of the Reward, Risk and Analytics team within Human Resources Department in the heart of a growing, multinational and diverse international bank located in Poland.
On a daily basis you will collaborate with wide range of stakeholders in Poland and abroad. We are looking for a senior profile with capability to manage reward framework in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
Reward Expert
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits positions (preferably in an international bank)
- Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Proven experience in independent job evaluation using Korn Ferry methodology
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) will be an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the job positions referential (ensuring job descriptions are correct, up to date and assigned in the HR systems)
- Independent job evaluation of newly created or modified positions using market methodology (individually, with HR or with trained managers depending on the situation)
- Participation in market compensation surveys
- Continuous benchmarking of compensation structure to the market data
- Coordination of yearly compensation review process in the location in order to allow most effective allocation of the available budgets
- Management of deferred compensation in line with global policy
- Staff costs reporting and analysis to support informed compensation decisions of managers
- Engagement in other activities of the team when required (benefits, HR reporting and analytics, HR operational risk control)
