Responsibilities 

Direct Responsibilities

• Lead the organizations' efforts to enhance operational efficiency and productivity, identifying opportunities for increased productivity
• Oversee implementation of the ETO strategies
• Collaborating with peer executives
• Establish metrics for efficiency and productivity and monitoring performance against the benchmarks
• Role is part of the Executive Committee

Key Missions

• Oversee the Technology departments
  • Oversee CIO department in alignment with ETO commitments
  • Lead the CTO (Infrastructure and Production) department
  • Lead the IT Governance and Risks Management team

• Assisting COO for transversal subjects to
  • Ensure compliance with the ETO governance (projects, risks, budget, etc.) and limit relevant waivers
  • Assist the ETO budget and liaise with stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, etc.)
  • Assist the ETO HR resources tracking (such as hiring process and capacity planning)
  • Lead the IT & Cyber Risks team
  • Follow-up that the ETO audit recommendations from the General Inspection or other supervisory entities are processed and closed on schedule
  • Oversee the Procurement and Outsourcing activities
  • Lead the transversal activities delegated by the COO
  • Management of the offshoring activities (ISPL, APAC CIB, etc.)
  • Create dashboards and prepare the ETO committee to present KPI to business

• Assist the COO for the ETO Strategy and Transformation to
  • Record the short-medium-term (<3-year) needs of the Businesses
  • Create/Update the multi-annual IP/ISMP ETO strategic plan
  • Lead the local ETO Transformation plan
  • Evaluate and recommend ETO investments to meet the needs expressed
  • Promote and explain the defined strategy to all those involved
  • Ensure alignment between ETO strategic plan, ETO budget and Project Portfolio
