Position Purpose
As part of the eFICC Sales team in Asia the candidate is responsible for the distribution of FX, Commodities, Credit, and Rates products traded electronically across SDP, MDP, and API channels. The candidate’s mission is to execute our digital strategy for the region – managing client relationships, driving alpha revenue, and growing our market share across our Institutional and Corporate clients. This role will be based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships with Institutional and Corporate clients
- Increase market share with clients by deepening existing wallets and cross-selling into new products / platforms
- Unlock opportunities with new clients to drive alpha revenue
- Distribution of BNPP’s single dealer platform – Cortex
- Optimize pricing and liquidity with client flows
- Partner with product teams to expand our electronic offering to enrich client relationships
- Be an ambassador of our digitalization agenda to drive automation / transformation at BNPP
Required Competencies
- Deep knowledge / expertise in the electronic market / landscape – key platforms, products (e.g., Algos), players, competitors, metrics etc.
- Strong foundations in FICC product suite – Credit and Rates in particular
- Highly analytical with the ability to balance data-driven and discretionary decision making
- Familiar with the use of dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
- Independent, proactive, and passionate about growing a business
