Digital Strategy & Investment Lead - Blockchain & AI
Requirements
- Familiarity with blockchain and/or AI concepts – practical experience is a strong plus
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in agile or hybrid project environment
- 3–5 years of experience in project management in financial services (asset management, banking, fintech)

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing elements of BNPP AM’s digital asset roadmap, including:
- Tokenized assets (pilot monitoring, documentation)
- Support in preparation of materials for blockchain committees and forums
- Support in market trend analysis (quarterly) and ad-hoc research on blockchain applications in asset management
- Contribute to internal awareness of blockchain by preparing internal content and participating in knowledge-sharing session
- Assist AI project leads with:
- Data collection for KPI tracking related to AI initiatives
- Preparation of presentation materials and project updates
- Documentation of AI use cases and outcomes
- Collaborate on innovation projects as a project contributor or co-pilot
- Participate in meetings and working groups focused on digital transformation
- Coordinate input from stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, legal) for assigned project activities
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task tracking using internal tools
- Assist in TAC/NAC preparation and support the project lead with required documentation
