CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
The Financial Reporting officer ensures for a defined customer’s portfolio, the production of statutory reporting as annual and semi-annual reports and specific reports if required by the client (as quarterly report) with respect of legal delays.
The Financial Reporting Officer has to make sure that the reports are correct and fully complete. He/She ensures the coordination of the whole client’s file with all the internal and external parties involved.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
- To ensure the production of statutory reporting as annual and semi-annual reports and specific reports if required by the client (as quarterly report) in respect of legal delays.
- To elaborate and manage the timetable.
- To respect the production deadlines and legal deadlines.
- To apply the specific rules of the registered countries, and also the rules of the countries where the funds are distributed.
- To request the Directors’ Reports from the clients.
- To establish the complete set of financial statements/reports (statements + portfolio) with the according notes.
- To integrate the comments from the auditors and client.
- To answer requests from auditors and client.
- To manage the requests/information received in the common e-mail inbox “Lux Fa Financial Reporting”.
- To manage the report’s distribution.
- To manage the signature of the reports in due time.
- To produce translation and specific versions when required by the client.
- To send the electronic financial statement to the CSSF via E-file for Lux entities.
- To complete internal documentation to monitor and manage properly the delivery dates.

Your working environment
- You will be joining a team of seven people, reporting to the manager for Financial Reporting activity (Fabian Verdone).
- The position is eligible for teleworking and remote sites.

Professional experience and/or degree
Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in FA department or more specifically in the Fund Accounting. Strong knowledge of the Fund Industry.
