About the job

  • The Cash Management Monitoring Officer’s mission is to monitor the quality of the automated production, executed for the entire BNP Paribas group for the Payments, Swift and Cash Management perimeters, with the goal of moving towards a better and more efficient incident management of recurrent critical incidents for clients thanks to a continuous improvement of operational processing quality, the Cash Management Control Tower, which operates 24/7 in 5 HUBs: Paris, Brussels, Singapore, Montreal and Lisbon

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor the quality of the automated productionfor the entire BNP Paribas group for the following perimeters Payments, Swift and Cash Management
  • Supervise the end-to-end (E2E) flows that pass via Swift infrastructure, Payments and Cash for all BNP Paribas Group entities
  • Ensure an efficient management of all production incidents and coordinate all interventions of all parties concerned in restoring the service
  • Ensure the support level 1 for the Middle Office Cash Management
  • Pilot the payment flows of sensitive clients of the Cash Management filière
  • Support the monitoring tools and the restoring of the flows
  • Contribute to the improvement of the resilience and trustworthiness of the flow applications in animating the Monitoring Committees with the concerned IT and support teams
  • Contribute to the improvement of the existing processes and working methods, participating in projects and working groups

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree of Finance, Business Management, Economics or any related field
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written, with great communication skills
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel
  • Ability to cope with pressure and short deadlines
  • Great attentiveness to detail and sense of responsiveness and quality of service
