About the job

  • The Fund Management Officer, as part of France Titrisation, is responsible for managing a securitisation transactions portfolio. The role also analyses requests, process them, apply controls, and identify risks to escalate when necessary
  • France Titrisation is a Management Company dedicated to the French securitization vehicles (Organisms de Titrisation), under the French AMF’s regulations (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). The Fund Management Officer is the direct contact with internal and external Front Offices and other Middles Offices, to ensure effective management of the funds on day to day. It is also the direct contact with institutional investors and financial intermediaries to provide all information and manage client requests (payments, reporting, respecting the legal agreement)

Your Main Activities Are

  • Execute periodic operational and administrative management and first level controls of the transactions, including control and analyses of the loan/receivable portfolio (transaction’s active); management and calculation of financial flows and treasury; calculation and control of the transaction's liabilities (fees, interests and financial instruments exchanges/SWAP); coordination of capital calls; accounting of the transaction (movements, controls and reconciliations); management of replenishment and liquidation of the vehicle
  • Participate in the transaction modelling at closing, producing the template for instructions and information to counterparts; producing the accounting aggregates (provisions), plans and flows; and producing transaction controls follow-up
  • Prepare and transmit/publish periodical reporting to Investors (via France Titrisation website) and stakeholders of the transactions (Rating Agencies, Bloomberg, Reuters)
  • Ensure the client relationship of the transactions, coordinating and dealing with each stakeholders requests, especially with external clients and investors or representatives
  • Monitor, analyze, and reconcile trade flows, resolving discrepancies efficiently to support robust risk management and reporting
  • Coordinate all the actors of the funds internal and external (depositary, cash teams, billing teams, paying agents, liabilities teams, asset managers, investment advisors, rating agencies, institutional investors). Also, coordinate France Titrisation front office with BNP Paribas back-office teams and with other external Middle Office teams. Assist and take over the Front Office following a fund closing, an asset acquisition or a capital call
  • Daily fund monitoring and performance analytics, maintaining accuracy and transparency for stakeholders and clients
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and data to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client service
  • Conduct the portfolio follow-up, oversee cash distributions to investors while ensuring all necessary triggers are met and deliver performance indicators. The role acts as a central liaison between Front Office, Back Office and Risk teams to ensure seamless processing and settlement of financial transactions
  • Manage the funds, analyze data, ensure first and second level of controls, coordinate all actors of the funds, communicate effectively with all partners which is essential for France Titrisation to remain compliant, ensure quality of service, image and reputation
      

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management
  • Up to 2 years years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations or Accounting and Finance
  • Fluent (C1) level of English
  • Fluent (C1) level of French
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
