Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
The office of the Securities Services Regional Manager for Germany, Netherlands and Nordics is operating in a fast-pacing environment and dealing with various topics like strategy, business governance, cross-functional projects and ad-hoc requests.
We seek support primarily for:
- Collecting and reviewing market intelligence in a structured manner
- Creating documents for senior management, including presentations, reports, and briefing materials that clearly communicate key insights and recommendations
- Developing KPIs to monitor execution progress, tracking performance against strategic goals and identifying areas for improvement
- Monitoring the portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects, focusing on updates, progress, and potential risks
- Continuing developing the KPI Dashboard in Power BI, such as integrating new data sources and creating visualizations to track key performance indicators
- Conducting ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making processes and provide actionable insights
- Acting in accordance with (group) directives on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, anti-corruption/bribery and the detection of transactions with countries subject to an embargo
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Studying Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics or equivalent
- Knowledge about the financial services industry is beneficial but not mandatory
- Fully proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel (especially Pivot Tables) and MS PowerPoint
- Agile, self-driven and enthusiastic student who can perform under pressure and works well within a team
- Very good analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Business communication level in English; German language skills are a benefit but not a requirement
