About the job
- As part of Wealth Management (WM) within IPS, Credit Officers oversee credit operations of all Wealth Management clients
- In this scope, Credit Officers are responsible for the implementation of credit minutes, validation of cashouts, validation of short-term loans, shortfalls and irregulars monitoring, and structured products analysis
Your Main Activities Are
- Analyse structured products and apply the financing ratio according to the financing norms
- Follow up clients with Irregulars - Short falls, excesses or unauthorized credit exposures
- Input in the systems new resolutions of Credit committees, it can be new credit lines, renewals, cancellations
- Validate upon request from front office, fixed terms loans to clients assessing currents assets and liabilities
- Validate upon request from front office, cash out transfers from clients assessing currents assets and liabilities
- Attribute financial ratios to different securities types according to the financial norms
- Provide different reports according to the demands of each location
- Support management in Crisis Management situations with pro-activeness behaviour vis a vis the credit book monitoring
- Insurance valuation control
- Participation to the permanent improvement of the processes with daily suggestions
- Communication with other back-offices teams, relationship managers and other WM entities
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Banking
- Knowledge of financial markets and economic developments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Adaptability and proactivity, multitasking
- Ability to organize and prioritize high volume workloads
- Capacity to work within a team
- Creative and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to contribute to meetings
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
