  • Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has a competence center in Lisbon (PIMH = Portugal International Markets Hub) to manage activities for several locations (Switzerland, Luxemburg, Germany, Monaco)

Your Main Activities Are

  • Produce the expected reporting on AuM (Assets under Management) to WM Investment Services Head Office. For that you should
    1. Ensure the coordination with all stakeholders around the world to collect all the primary data
    2. Follow the dedicated process to produce reports and dashboards
    3. Ensure elementary data quality controlling: check inflows/outflows for consistency
    4. Maintain the automated tasks of the workflow via VBA programming
    5. Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Central Team; and produce other ad hoc analysis for internal or external clients
  • Participate to overall improvement of AuM processes. This includes
    1. Work closely with central IS Office team to identify the optimization or data quality improvement axes and build the action plan
    2. Perform assigned actions
    3. Ensure proper validation control
  • Support and assist the Head Office (HO) Offering Operation Permanent Control (OPC) officer in his main tasks, with Participate in conducting controls for some WM IS departments
    1. Document gathering 
    2. Interview with stakeholders
    3. Write summaries of controls

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in Business management, Management Controls, Finance, Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of Experience in Programming, Market Finance, Asset Management
  • Strong interest in data handling
  • Knowledge in Excel 
  • Knowledge of VBA
  • Fluency in English
  • Written and oral communication
  • Analysis capacity, rigor and accuracy
  • Capacity to commit to deadlines
  • Autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal working relationships and team spirit (follow-up / feedback)
  • Able to adapt to a fast pace and multi-cultural environment
