Job Title: Vice President, Senior Business Analyst Regulatory
Location: 525 Washington Boulevard, Suite 600, Jersey City, NJ 07310
Duties: Present conceptual and functional solutions to support business requirements. Design, document and oversee technical solutions that meet business requirements. Design and provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions. Analyze detailed functional requirements and specifications. Create technical specification documents as required. Define business flows, data flows and architecture promoting dynamic and scalable solutions. Define high level design principles relating to any build in Regulatory Reporting tool. Lead postimplementation reviews, conduct retrospectives, identify best practices and advocate for process improvements. Work on IT projects’ organization and activities planning/timeline. Comply with all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery. Communicate with teams, project stakeholders and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from this BNPP office in Jersey City, NJ.
SALARY: $152,859 - $200,000 / year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering for Business, Finance, or related field and five (5) years of experience in data analysis, design, and development. Must have five (5) years of experience with the following: Systems solution architectures of financial products; Technical accounting and financial process; Reporting process such as financial, management and regulatory reporting; System Integration; Participate in Project Management; Security Principles; Experience in various software designs, languages, and architecture; Experience/knowledge on waterfall/agile methodology; Experience with Adenza Regulatory Reporting Solution (previously Axiom SL Controller View); and Experience with banking industry implementation process. Must have two (2) years of experience with Jira, HP ALM testing tool, and Clarity PM tool.
