Position Purpose
Trade Service Operations Trade Finance Middle Office Activities.
Responsibilities
1. Guarantee Issuance operations
Draft checking and contact with Legal
Preparation of instruction front sheet to GTFO and subsequent necessary process
Occasionally, need to contact front office people and external clients
2. Supply Chain financing
Preparation of instruction front sheet to HKTS and subsequent necessary process
Contact front office people and clients
Send documents to clients
Register and scan legal documents related to Supply Chain Financing
Back up of support of administrative task transferred from Front Office
3. Trade Finance
Prepare and Check instruction front sheet to GTFO and subsequent necessary process.
Occasionally, need to contact front office people and external clients
4. Others Ad‐Hoc
Participating various projects and meetings related to Transaction Banking Operations
Troubleshooting of System problem and manage JIRA (IT enhancement request)
Process improvement
Contributing Responsibilities
- To contribute to assigned transactions and to offer expertise for processing new type of transactions
- To ensure to comply with ALM/FS‐related Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls. To promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision.

- Adequate responses to various enquires for brand new transactions from internal/external clients in timely manner and from clients' prospective
