We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and execute validation test plans for each iteration
- Contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria for user stories and write associated acceptance scenarios
- Contribute to the test automation strategy
- Design and implement test repository: test cases with associated test data made available to the team
- Implement regression testing
- Help define and regularly update team deliverables (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done etc.)
- Monitor the resolution of defects and produce test evidence
- Provide the necessary elements for test documentation and test reports
- Collaborate and interact with the other testers from other squads within the Tribe
- Collaborate with the Center of Expertise colleagues
What we are looking for:
- Advanced English level, written and spoken
- Previous experience in automation with Java, Selenium
- Previous experience in writing BDD scenarios for cross-functional clarity with Cucumber
- Previous experience in API testing, collections and scripts with Postman
- Previous experience with JIRA (tracking anomalies/backlog/user stories within the squad)
- Knowledge of agile methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate efficiently with the team (business, developers, POs)
- The ability to work and collaborate with others
- Good planning, organization, and time management skills
Nice to have:
- ISTQB certification would be a plus
- Previous experience in Mobile Testing
- Previous experience in banking projects
