BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) est la division de gestion d’actifs du groupe BNP Paribas. Depuis le 1er juillet 2025, les activités d’AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) ont été intégralement rattachées à BNPP AM, créant ainsi une plateforme mondiale unifiée et renforcée.

Votre rôle au quotidien :
You will join the ESG analyst team within the Fixed Income platform, to perform the following:
- Labeled Bond Research and Analysis: perform the ESG assessment of Green Social and Sustainable bonds (GSSB) according to BNPPAM internal framework and taxonomy. Provide opinions on new and recurring issuances when announced in the market. Maintain the database and processes linked to the assessment framework in collaboration with RI Techno.
- Coordination: Assist the coordination work within the Fixed Income and Core Investment platforms (meeting preparation and follow up, internal stakeholder management, coordination with other teams, etc).
- Engagement: Participate in engagement with companies to understand their ESG practices and advocate for improvements.
- Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in ESG investing.
- Contribute to the creation of various support documents (Reporting, Pitch Book…) that will be used for the promotion of the Fixed Income product range
Êtes-vous notre prochain ou prochaine Sustainability analyst ? :
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, ESG, sustainable development or equivalent
- Initial experience in ESG within an asset management firm, bank, or equivalent organization
- Knowledge of Fixed Income, ESG assessments/due diligence and GSS bonds
- Ability to articulate, communicate and be proactive
- Strong skills in writing, presentations, and office applications
- Proficient in English
- Team spirit and ability to work in an international environment
