- The Support Client Manager is responsible for the day-day request provided by client and/or Client manager community for the activities of FX and PCO
- The Support Client Manager is responsible for:
- The management of the day-to-day questions, issues, incidents, etc., that may be raised by the other team member and/or other teams and/or clients
- Preparing and delivering formal client reviews on a frequency to be determined/required by the Client manager community and/or with the client (FX/PCO activities)
- Supporting the Business Developer team for any ad hoc request in regards to data analysis, client presentation ( support), monthly quarterly reporting
- Support the team to run competitive analysis
- Interact with other Securities Services team to support the activity, client request. ( Account manager, Global custody operation, network manager team)
Your Main Activities Are
- Document, coordinate and oversee resolution of problems or issues affecting the quality of service delivery and the overall client experience
- Understand client's needs and expectations across the organization
- Regional scope of application: France with additional coverage as required
- Create/Support specific KPIs per key client
- Provide weekly KPI’s to the Business Developer community
- Maintain action plan/issues log if any to ensure follow up and report accordingly
- Regarding the contractual KPis:
- Support the Business Developers team

About the Team
- The FX and PCO Business Development team is responsible for building and preserving trusted relationships with 2S and GM clients, accompanying them in their development on a day to day basis, and securing MFOS (Managed FX and Overlay Solution) existing business by contributing to the global growth of MFOS
- The Business Development team has the mission to implement a global service model and to ensure a consistent top-quality client experience worldwide. This team includes Business Developers, located across the locations, each servicing the day to day needs of their designated clients
