Position Purpose
Responsibilities
• Price, execute and book Structured Credit trades for Japanese clients
• Risk Manage the structured credit books in Japan
• Develop new products, working with IT and FIRST on pricing and risk management tools and then with RISK IM and other support groups to ensure a rigourous implementation
• Lead the work with IT and FIRST in development projects in order to provide guidance and specifications to these teams. Ensure a good allignement of developments and systems between London and Asia.
• Maintain a good communication with the London team in order to discuss, propose and enforce common pricing methodology.

• Has completed all mandatory compliance training assigned and maintains, through is his observed actions, an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding in order to be fully competent to undertake the role
Franchise:
• Make sure efficient backup system is implemented such that there is seamless coverage
• Develop partnership with Primary where applicable
• Actively develop client franchise across Global Markets
People care:
• Mentoring, where applicable
• Develop junior members of the team
• Participate in the recruitment process when applicable
Platform Development:
• Promote working relationships with back and middle office, Risk Management, IRM, Legal and Compliance
• Participate actively to the Credit platform development
• Develop Operational risk mindset

Achieve structured credit budget in Japan
Help achieve the cc budgets for Japan clients
Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework: Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities
