About the job
- The Risk Culture Senior Officer leads the team's editorial productions. He/She works closely with the Head of Risk Culture to continuously enhance risk awareness initiatives and boost the visibility of Risk Culture by ensuring the relevance and timeliness of all productions
- He/She is responsible for mentoring and supervising the team’s communication associates, including graphic and motion designers and content writers, to consistently improve the impact of initiatives while meeting stakeholders' and internal clients' standards
- To excel in this role, candidates must grasp the messages’ purpose and familiarize themselves with the topics covered. Their contributions will be essential in maintaining Risk Culture’s quality standards and establishing it as the go-to internal reference for risk information. This position demands continuous presence, enthusiasm, and bold creativity.
Your Main Activities Are
- Enrich the Risk Culture offering by leveraging on his/her risk expertise and professional network
- Support the Head of Risk Culture in overseeing the editorial standards and constantly implementing the contents governance frameworks
- Set and manage the editorial calendar in collaboration with stakeholders, including sponsors, managers and subject matter experts, etc.
- Mentor and supervise the team’s contents production fostering the creation of impactful materials, such as newsletters, intranet contents, scripts and educational points for videos and infographics etc.. to ensure clarity, accuracy and the desired tone
- Support the team’s development by reaching new audiences, proposing innovative publishing and promotional methods for Risk Culture initiatives. Recommend suitable formats and appropriate channels based on prepared scripts to always enhance the productions' impact
- Contribute to the animation of a network of ambassadors to enhance the visibility of Risk Culture initiatives in every locations
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s Degree in Economics/Business Management or related
- At least 5 years of experience in Risks Management / Financial Analysis / Marketing and Communications or similar
- Risks knowledgement & Awareness is necessary
- Knowledge in digital working tools, Content Management and Collaboration Platforms
- Advanced level of English, both written and or
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Ability to develop and leverage networks
- Analytical Ability
- Communication skills, both written and oral
